The short version

Apple sells Scan Kit Pro and takes the payment, so refunds go through Apple. Cancel any time. Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing.

Price and trial

• The price for your country is shown in the App and the App Store before you confirm.
• Plans renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge.

How to cancel

• iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › QR Code Scan Kit › Cancel Subscription.
• Deleting the App does not cancel.
• After you cancel, Scan Kit Pro works until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds on the App Store

We can’t see your payment or approve refunds. Apple decides.

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. (You can also open it from the App’s Settings.)
2. Choose “Request a refund”, pick a reason and select Scan Kit Pro.
3. Apple usually replies by email within a few days.

EU and UK

You may have a 14-day right to withdraw. Ask through Apple as above. Your local consumer rights are not affected.
